Classes, retreats & Workshops Classes are offered in a series so that awareness can be built over time. Students move through short movement experiences, with instruction on where and how to place their awareness. Movement awareness is the skill of fully experiencing the changes of motion. Thus gentle, free flowing movement is the emphasis of the class. |
