About Awareness Training
Each session is shaped by your intention and an analysis of your movements in a safe and secure environment. The session is created to teach you the movement skills necessary to take steps toward your goal. You will be shown methods to refine and clarify you attention in action. The simple movements require flexible, focused, free flowing attention. I will ask you to describe your experience in motion and teach you how to integrate this into your life. There are opportunities for rest within every session. Although I will assist you by guiding your attention, you will be actively motivating and supporting yourself, with or without aid of equipment, throughout the session.
