About Awareness Training
Moving Wisdom addresses your intention through tailor made private sessions. A session is shaped by what is arising in your life and by your intention. Movement is created especially for you to facilitate your learning within a safe and secure environment. The simple movements are done with focused, free flowing attention while lying, sitting, or standing. I will ask you to describe your experience in motion and teach you how to integrate this into your life. There are opportunities for rest within every session. Although I will assist you by guiding your attention, you will be actively motivating and supporting yourself throughout the session.
